We want you to be happy with your medical ID bracelet, so please measure your wrist carefully. If you need us to make any adjustments to your size, please include your EXACT WRIST SIZE with your order.

Wrap a soft measuring tape snug around your wrist.

Ensure that the tape is flat against your skin.

Read and record the exact measurement in inches.

TIP:

If you do not have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string or dental floss to wrap your wrist, then measure its length against a ruler.
